As one of the business owners at Del Real Estate, Duska oversees the property management department at Del Real Estate. She has an active day-to-day involvement in all the nuts and bolts of the rental process and over the past 10 years has personally helped more than 1,500 investors to build and maintain their property portfolios and increase their wealth.
Duska sincerely enjoys the process of helping landlords and tenants throughout the rental journey and clients likewise appreciate her responsiveness and friendly nature.

Duska grew up in a small town in Former Yugoslavia, and as a young child dreamed of moving to Australia with her aunt who use to visit from Melbroune. In 1992, Duska’s family arrived to Melbourne with bags of photo albums and hearts full dreams. The experience of the family starting a new life, without many belongings, formed the basis of Duska’s relentless pursuit of success. Always taking the road less travelled to cease every opportunity and challenge thrown her way.
